Help reading an 1865 death notice from Helligand, Kobenhavn

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could decifer what is written in all columns in the death notice of my 3x great-grandfather, Georg Ludvig Becker.  I found it at:

I know he was 62 but not sure what the date for death and burial, along with address and whatever the other column means.
