I found these two online.  The first one is obviously Hans Mikkelsen's and that is what I was looking for.  It is the date he died, his wife and three daughters. 

I am not sure what the second one is.  Is it saying Mette Nielsdatter was married and had those children with Anders Jensen Koed and then she married Hans Mikkelsen in her second marriage?

I know Hans and Mette married in Seest in 1734.  I have that record.  So I think that is what is being implied here, but google translate is not doing a good job translating.

In that final one you found, this confuses me:

LV: Hans Christian Trane, degn i Seest, successor Jens Hansen.

So is one of those men her fourth husband then?  I understand from Helmer's translation that "LV" is the widow's guardian, but what is "successor" and how is it different than the guardian?

Until now, I have not been able to trace Mette after her 3rd husbands death. She could have relocated to where one of the older children lived.

There must be a reason for the marriage between the daugther Inger Hansdatter and Johannes Jørgensen Baagøe was in Vamdrup. Perhaps both Inger and Mette lived together with Søren Jensen Krog in 1773.

The successor means here the next man in the job. He was married before he got the job in Seest.

I found that you and I might be related, but you are missing my ancestor from your family tree.  I think if you look at my messages on her from the past few days you might see what I mean.

My 4x Great Grandmother was Mette Marie Sørensdatter born 1816 in Vamdrup and died sometime after 1890.  She is the daughter of Søren Jensen (Krog) whom you have in your family tree.  I think the reason you might have missed Mette is because she had moved out of the house by the time of the 1834 census:
