Help reading birth information

Hi I would like some help reading the brith information. there is a lot of information I do not understand.

Moderen 22/9 46 viet til Politibetjent Kristian Tølbøll Jensen, f. 30/12.21.

Døbt 2 April 1944 i Kirken af Pastor Søe

Fru Carla Thomsen, Hjørring, Arbejdsmand Richard Steffensen og Hustru Erna, Hjørring, Installatør Herman Koldbro, Hjørring

Notes 1 Steffensen rettet til Jensen i Henhold til Lov Nr. 131 af 7/537 §2 St.3, Fulde Navn Preben Koldbro Jensenø

In other words, name first changed to Jensen after his mother's marriage, then Jensen dropped in 1980, at Preben's request.

The mother is a clerk, the father an apprentice machinist, the stepfather a policeman.  The sponsors a laborer and an (electrical?) installer.
