Birth Translation Please

Would like a birth translation please.

1712-1789 Citadel-Kastels,Sokkelund, Kobenhavn.
1785-
Ops 10 ?8 May, Anna Regina.

The father looks like Conrad Kampf.

Iam trying to work out if Anna Regina is the same child listed as Anne Reserie aged 2Yrs in the family 1787 census, in the family1801 census Anne Regina is listed as age 14yrs.

I have found a marriage for Anne Regina to Gottlibe Schuster 29 Nov 1813 Roskide Kirke.

I have found 3 census for Ane Regine 1834 In St.Hans Hosptial Roskilde aged 45 making her born in 1789, she died in 1857 in St Hans Hospital aged 67 making her born in 1790

Should I just accept that Anne Reserie and Anne Regine as the same child and that she was born in 1785,

There is also a discrepancy in the name of the mother.
At the christening in 1785, opslag 10 in 1782-1813, Citadel - Kastels, Sokkelund, København, the mothers name is Sophia Eleonora.
The wife in the 1787 census is called Dorothea and both man and wife are in their first marriage:

Hi Helmer,
the mother was christened Dorthe Sophia Bergenkamp, so I think it is the correct mother,
Could the remainder of the birth be transcribed please.
Thank you for the census, I couldn't work  the heading out or where to find it.
