I would like some help reading birth dates  1740-1811 Aalborg, Hornum, Veggerby
Anne Hansdatter p 43      1796

Mette Hansdatter p 44     Feb 19 1797 ?

Peder Hansen  p 44         July 8 1798 ?

Maren Hansdatter p 46     Aug 2 1800 ?

Parents Hans Christensen Mark and Anne Pedersdatter. got married  in 1795 or 1796 which pages
in book have marriages. Thank you for your help. George

I read the birth-dates as:

Anne Hansdatter p 43:      Nov 29 1795

Mette Hansdatter p 44:      Feb 19 1797

Peder Hansen  p 44:          July 8 1798 

Maren Hansdatter p 46:      Aug 17 1800

In the eighteenth century, most dates are baptismal dates unless both the baptism and birth are explicit.  These appear to be just baptismal dates.

Remember George that in the 18th century the baptism was much more important than it is today.  The people were much more in tune with religion back then.
