1879 Adolph Becker Frederiksberg birth record translation

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could translate the birth record for Adolph Becher (Becker?).  I found it at:

1878-1881 Frederiksberg, Sokkelund, Kobenhaven
Opslag 11, Entry 85

I am very  interested in what it says under the column for parents, sponsors and the very last column (don't know what that column is for or whois 25 yrs. old, I think??

By Johannes Becker's (father)name there is written "Jappe Larsen".  What does that mean?

Hi Vagn,

Thank you for the translation.  I do not think this is the Adolph or Johannes Becker that I am looking for.  I was looking for an Adolph Becker born around 1879 because he shows up in a census with my 2x great-grandfather  Johannes Ludvig Becker, as his son in 1885 and is 6 years old.  They lived in the Frederiksberg parish area so that is why I was checking those records. 

Not sure what to make of this one??
