Hej

I wonder if the Jens Hansen, sometimes Jens Hansen Arreboe, in this record in Fynbo Landsting, dated 5 Dec 1719, is my ancestor Jens Hansen Erreboe who lived in Skydebjerg sogn, Båg herred, Odense amt, from 1705 or earlier until his death in the 1720s.  Will someone please look, and give me an opinion whether it could be the same man, or not?  Also, what is this record about?

Hej Lisa

I don't think, that is the same Jens Hansen Arreboe.
It starts at the top at the left page, and the person named Seigneur Jens Hansen Arreboe is from the estate Beyerholm, also named Bejerholm, which was lying a little West to Svendborg in the southeastern part of Fyn.
That is far from Skydebjerg.  - The whole thing is about a mortgage debt at near 600 Rdl.

Hej Ole

Thanks for your reply and interpretation of the record.  I see where you found Seigneur Jens Hansen Arreboe from Beyerholm/Bejerholm.  However, I can't find the place in Krabsens stednavnebase.  There is a Bejerholm in Halk sogn, Haderslev amt, but that's not what you are talking about.  I would like to confirm that there was another man with the same name by looking at records where he was from.
