My attempt:

[1809] 13 Jan Christen Jensen ????????? i Buddum 80 aar

It is difficult to tell whether the unknown word begins with P or S, since both look similar.  See 7 entries below, Peder Sörensen, and also 22 Maj Jens Christensen Smed.

Perhaps a probate will help clarify, if there is one?

I've been trying to find a death record for Christen Jensen Hiort who lived most of his life in Als By.  In the 1787 and 1801 censuses he is listed as a kromand (I believe innkeeper).  His age listed in the 1787 census would put his birth year at about 1729.  This record would put him living in nearby Buddum at death.  So far, this is the only possible match I've found.
