Anders Andersen b. ~1777 Hjorring m. Kirsten Jensdatter - help with translation

Hi I'm hoping someone can assist with a translation for the marriage of Anders Andersen, and confirming his birth and parents. I have found this marriage record from Ugilt Taars 11 Nov 1817 but I can't be sure the wife is 'Kirsten Jensdatter'? I am also looking for his birth and parents. I have presumed from his age (40) on this marriage record he is born in ~1777. I have also found a death record in Taars 1831 aged 54 which would confirm ~1777. I could not find any census records for him but have found his widow Kirsten Jensdatter in 1870 Kraghuset, Sterup, Jerslev, Hjorring living with her daughter Johanne Marie Andersdatter. There is also a Jens Christian Andersen on this record b. ~1800 Versterbronderslev which might be Anders brother?

I looked at the marriage and it definitely says Kirsten Jensdatter. Link to the page:

I also briefly looked for Anders Andersen in Taars parish around 1777, but didn't find him. Instead, I searched on google.dk and found a homepage with the persons listed:

And for your question about Jens Christian Andersen you can't assume that it's a brother to Anders Andersen, but of course a possibility. It would need to be confirmed by looking up both persons, but it's difficult, if it isn't possible to find Anders Andersen.

I found another homepage with Anders Andersen, but it's the same here with the missing parents, so it seems to be a bit tricky to get further back:

The church book in Taars parish around 1777 and earlier is also partly damaged, so maybe it just isn't possible to find that way. Suppose he could be born in another parish, but maybe you have the place of birth from other sources. The above homepage suggests Kjærhuset, Morild, which is placed a bit east of Tårs. The source (kilde) for that location doesn't show on the homepage though. You can of course try to get in contact with the owners of the homepages to hear, if they have more information.

It's also possible to search in a database with censuses on the homepage here, where you can get some possible results:

I got four results by searching the following:
- click the UK flag to get the English version
- Advanced search - place suggestion
- County: Hjørring
- Name: = Anders Andersen
- Year of birth (calculated): 1777
- Interval: 2
- Sex: Male
- Census year: 1787, 1801

They also match with the name and the year of birth. Could be worth investigating further, if the parish hasn't been defined for certain.

Thank you Lennarth.  I'll follow those leads - it's very much appreciated. I've looked at the birth records of all 5 of Anders Andersen and Kirsten Jensdatter's children.  They consistently reference Sessing, but also Wolstrup, Morild and Kjaeret (which is where I suspect the reference of birth place is from in the link you gave). I also found 2 promising census records for 1787, as a 7yo in Taars, and alternatively as a 12yo in Volstrup. But as you say it's quite tricky to get further back.  I'm very grateful for your assistance.

you're welcome. There're also other options than the church books and censuses. You can for example use military levying rolls (lægdsruller) or administrations (skifter) to find useful information. It will require a fair bit of searching and reading of the Gothic handwriting. Here'll you'll find the entrance for lægdsruller and skifter:
