Finding Larsen/Olsen familyH

Hi my name is Patricia and I been researching my family for the last
3 years. My great grandfather was Hans Larsen, born in Tikob
on Sept 28th 1839 , His father was Lars Olsen and His mother was
Enger Peddersdatter, they were married in 1837, one other son
named Ole Henrick Larsen, who died  I believe in 1845 he was 8 yrs
of age. Hans came to the U.S. and fought in the Civil War and left his
mother behind she became a widow at 34 yrs old, she might have re-
married. I am planning my first trip to Denmark next fall and would love
to be able to find any living relatives connected to this family. Enger's
father was Peder Bentsen, and Lars's father was Ole Jorgensen.  I am
hoping that Enger might have had brother's or sisters or children if she
remarried after Lar's death. I appreciate any help anyone can offer in finding

Where did you find the 1850 census with Inger and her son Hans?? On Arkivalieronline or??

Did you find them in other censuses?

Lars Olsen and Inger Pedersdatter also had another child: Niels Larsen b. 21. Nov 1841, baptised at home, died 26 Nov 1841. Opslag 17 (1836-1843). The death record is on opslag 203.

Lars Olsen and Inger were married 3 Oct 1837 - same day as the baptism of Ole Hendrik Larsen/Olsen. It's opslag No. 127 in Tikøb parish (1836-1843).

Would be nice to hear from you and have some more info from you, if you wish us to help you.

at Nyrup Overdrev, born and confirmet in Græsted parish, vaccinated

The bride Inger PedersDatter 25 years servant last employed in
Helsingør, born and confirmed in Søborg parish has run away from her service with
the consent of her father

Hi,

We/I could do with some help here, as I have difficulties in finding the (right) births of Lars Olsen and Inger Pedersdatter. Lars Olsen born around 1805 in Paarup, Græsted and Inger born around 1815 in Græsted. At their wedding in 1835 is stated that she was born in Søborg.

Can anyone help?? Please ...

Hi Verner, the information that I got on Inger Pedersdatter -was
she was baptised on Jan 4th 1818 -Hornbaek,Frederiksborg,Denmark
her father - Peder Bentsen- mother- Johanne Sophie Olesdatter
mother-Johanne Olsen married Peder Bentsen on Sept 10th Birkerod,
Frederiksborg , Denmark. Which I believe would have made her 19ys old
when she married Lars Olsen in 1837. Could this be the right Enger???
This is the information I got on the website, www.FamilyResearch.org
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They put all recs on
micro film so anyone can do research on their family.
This is in the state of Utah, where alot of Scandinavians settled back in the

Thank you Verner, I am so happy at the progress You, Judy and
Lissa have help me with. I will try to see if their birth certificates
I can obtain through FamilyResearch.org. I am so excited about
my trip to Denmark. and just maybe finding a living relative is so
hard to believe. I am so happy , Many Many thanks Verner for

cannot believe that we have found our gg grandmother & siblings.
