Help locating a death record

Years ago I found the death of Ameli Carolina Elisabeth Smidt født Johnsson on 11 Jan 1968 in Statshospitalet Vordingborg, København.  I listed the source as Death Record 1967-1968 number 8730.  Now I am wondering where I found the record?  Any ideas.

You write that she is dead in Vordingborg Hospital and burried in Vestre Churchyard, Copenhagen. Vestre Churchyard does not have its own parish, so maybe you have found her in another Copenhagen parish where the churchbooks are 1967-1968.

Her husbond Villiam Bailum Agerskov is dead 21.09.1953 in Blaagaards churchsbook (AO 127)
