If you find one, please let me know.  I have not found a German genealogy site as good as this one.  My fathers side comes from the Mayen Koblenz region of Germany.  If, by chance that is the area where your family is from, I do have one contact there who has given me church book images.  I realize it's a shot in the dark, as that area is very low population, just farm land.

If you find good German sites please let me know!

I don't know of a site for any other country as great as AO, not even Ancestry in USA!  My paternal ancestors came from far northern Niedersachsen, and it's necessary to hire a researcher or go in person to the churches, or the archives at Stade, but here's a site with data compiled by individuals:  http://www.ortsfamilienbuecher.de/

Eric,   I used this German Forum which has worked very well it was posted by Inger.  I have found fairly quickly what I needed on my family and the papers are on the way.  It took me a wee bit to figure the forum out.  Hope this helps.
