Help reading birth record

I believe that I have located the birth record for Jens Friis (Vejle Amt, Vejlby Sogn 1854-1871 opslag 39 #15). The reads 8 December 1864.

If somebody could help read this record it would be greatly appreciated -especially the names of the mother and father.

Hi Kelli.

You are right, this is very difficult to read, but this is what I think it says:

Born: 8 December 1864 - Jens Nielsen Jessen. Baptised: 5th Febr. 1865 in the Church.
Parents: Smallholder Niels Jessen and Wife Sidsel Kirstine Jensen, 31 year old, from Trelde Klinte.
Witnesses: The girl Karen Jensen from Gaarslef, Smallholder Jens Hansen same location and Bachelor Jens Madsen from Trelde.
