Please, I need help reading the birth record for Hans Pedersen Wif in Vejle Amt Vejstrup Sogn 1763 1781 opslag 47 #12 (near the middle of the page, listed between 13 and 14).

I can read the birth and baptism date as 30 April 1775.

Please, I need help reading the names of his father and mother and any other information given.

mand? Peder Hansen i Siølund, og
Hustru Maren Jensdaatter, som for
medelst Svagheden strax efter Fødslen
blev døbt af Jordemoderen og døde
d 12 Maji. vid. fol. 183.

H.P.W., born and baptized 30 April, a son of farmer
Peder Hansen in Sølund and
his wife Maren Jensdatter, who
due to weakness was baptized
right after birth by the midwife and died
