What have I found here? www.dis-danmark.dk/dis-arkiv/.../Varde%20folketælling%201748.pdf
Some sort of a census? Two of my ancestors are here # 79 and # 83. Could I get an explanation and a translation of the two mentioned?

#79: Adtzer Sørensen, pewterer, indifferent (manner?)
#83: Jens Iversen Stoustrup, sales store of beer and schnapps, breeding as additional income. Behave properly.

and about the material:
What you have found a the old site is "DIS-Arkiv" ie. DIS-files and is a list of various genealogy material, produced by DIS-members and presented here for general use.
