Troels Christensen Klinge Translation help please

I am researching my tip2oldefar Troels Christensen Klinge in Vejstrup, Vejle.  I have located the record of an older brother of the same name (I have also located this brothers death record) but I am curious as to what is written below the birth entry.

Vejle Vejstrup 1831 1867 opslag 88 #27 (first entry on the page).

Any help with this translation is greatly appreciated.

This may be taking the easy way.

The note below relates to a an entirely different child, one conceived in this parish, but baptized at Ejstrup in Århus 'county' and thus a possible welfare payment responsibility of Vejstrup parish.

I just want to make sure that I understand what you've said.  The extra text at the bottom of Troels birth record is not related to him or his family, correct?

The note is not related to Troels, and so has very little chance of being related to his family.
