Where would I find a will/probate and also I wondered about a obituary notice in the local newspaper for my great grandfather Jens Nielsen he died the 20/04/1940 in Hjorring Horns Flade.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I can not find any obituary in newspapers concerning his death, unfortunately, so I am sorry to say that the picture of the tombstone is the best I can do.
