Translation of death record

Attached is the sections of the parish book death record for 1880 of my Ggrandfather Johann Peter Conrad Brandt (Aabenraa, Rise, Aabenraa.  1875-1907 Dode.  Opslag 91 and 92).  I am at a brick wall not being able to translate his place of birth.  (Is that a town or parish?)  It is actually listed twice on the document (were his parents are from and at the end before his birth date).  I think the last line lists a previous wife but I am not sure.  Less important but what does it say in the margin?

The attachment shows my best guess at what I can figure out from the document.  There is no doubt from the wife and childrens names that this is my relative.

3) Friedrich 13 years, 4) Cäcilie Maria 8 years, 5) Henriette Ulrike 5 years
(Furthermore the wife has a pre marital child Friederike Luise Kanseaelsky[?], 22 years old)
