Trying to get complet Departure Information

In 1814-1787 Tæbring Morsø Sønder Thisted opslag 207 pg 174 #1836-8 information is given on the depatrure of Anders Plougmann.

I am trying to get a complete understanding of what is transpiring here and need a complete Danish transcription of the information.

I have the following:

Name: Anders Plougmand Christensen d 30 April 1836
Age: 67 Aar
Occupation (Haandertering): ??
To: Hordann (??)
Index: 232
Remarks: ??

The questions I have are:

1) Is his complete name given as Anders Plougmand Christensen?
2) I am guessing without a transcription and/or translation that because of his age at 67 years old he is being transferred to an "old persons home". Am I correct???
3) Where is he going?
4) What does the Remarks say?

He was a member of the slightly better set, and my well have a middle name to honor an ancestor or his father's patron.

As I read it, the patronymic Christensen is inserted between Anders and Plougman: Anders Christensen Plougman.

That is probably true as I have seen his name in that sequence elsewhere..
