Can someone read and translate first part of this death record's details? 

It lists birthplace and father, and he's listed as married, but his wife is not named?

What is noted in the last column?

Which parish register is the burial record from? I found Mikkel Pedersen Møller's death recorded in Hvidbjerg, Morsø Sønder, Thisted 1850-1887, opslag 187, but it's not identical to your clip. I got suspicious because of the number 0 in the leftmost column in your clip, which usually means that the event (in this case the death) didn't take place in the parish in question.

Which parish register is the burial record from? I found Mikkel Pedersen Møller's death recorded in Hvidbjerg, Morsø Sønder, Thisted 1850-1887, opslag 187, but it's not identical to your clip. I got suspicious because of the number 0 in the leftmost column in your clip, which usually means that the event (in this case the death) didn't take place in the parish in question.

Thanks Inger.  The one I found is Karby 1863-1882 opslag 119, and maybe Hvidbjerg is what's written in last column?

I have found Michel Pedersen's marriage in Thisted, Morsø sønder, Redsted 1814-1862, opslag 147.
It says bachelor and miller Michel Pedersen of Hvidberg is married to Ane Ovesdatter of Redsted on June 9, 1833 in the church of Redsted. Sponsors Ove Christensen and Niels Bach, both farmers in Redsted.

Ane Ovesdatter dies on May 10,1897 in Karby. Thisted, Morsø sønder, Karby 1892-1906, opslag 204.
It says that she was born at the farm named "Højgaard" in the parish of Redsted in 1806.

The one I found is Karby 1863-1882 opslag 119, and maybe Hvidbjerg is what's written in last column?

No, the word in the last column is the cause of death: Alderdomssvaghed (weakness from old age). But it's stated elsewhere in the Karby record that Mikkel Pedersen Møller died in Hvidbjerg, so that's why I looked for him there.

Now the birth record of Peder Christian Michelsen b. 23 Dec. 1836 in Frøslev makes sense:
