Help needed reading birth record

Hi, I would like help reading  information about parents of Thomas Madsen
1777-1797 Taars, Borglum, Hjorring Page 106 July 14. I see Mads THomsen
as father from Taars I cannot read mothers name or the other information.
The confirmation records  for this time are not there to look at.

I have found the birth of a brother and sister for Mads, it is much easier to read. 
The same parish Jens  page 14 Jan 3 1779, and Johanne page 46 July 6 1783 is there
any information  that is would be helpful here?
