Help with death record, please

I am trying to decipher the 1791 death date for Martha Maria, daughter of Mads Møller and Anne Marie Knudsdatter.  Does it just mention 6 weeks old, or is the date mentioned in the last line which I haven't been able to translate?

1688-1802 Sønder Dråby, Morsø Nørre, Thisted;  Opslag 96.

It says:
Mads Møllers førstefødte Datter (first born daughter) 
Martha Maria var ikkun 6 uger (was only 6 weeks)
synlig paa denne Jord (visible at this Earth).
