Help with Trinitatis Death notice from 1788

I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me what the death notice says about my 5x great-grandfather, John Johnsen.  I found it at:

1788-1805 Trinitatis, Sokkelund, Kobenhavn

His entry is on right hand column 8 down from the top.

Also, does the column title mean "deaths from June to July 1788"?

There is no information about the parish (sogn).

Oh my goodness.  Thank you so much.  I really appreciate your help.  I saw the name Lars Severin and knew it was the right John Johnsen but did not think it was the death notice for Lars.
