My father was born in Southern Jutland but I'm not really sure where.  Probably around Arnum/Roost/Haderslev area.

His name is Halvor Nielsen Born December 7, 1932.  His Father was Iver Nielsen and his mother Nielsine (nee Nielsen).

Arnum is in Højrup parish, Tønder county and
Roost is Arrild parish, Tønder county. Both in Hvidding district.

Censuses you will find on www.ddd.dda.dk, but they are only available on the internet up to and including 1930.

Finding a place name use this site: www.krabsen.dk.
