A suggestion to help one another perhaps?

I was thinking about how some of us may be related, but for me it is hard to tell due to the paternal naming system.  But, if we had relatives in the same towns, then odds of us finding a connection increase quite a bit.

I added the parishes where I am focusing my research down below in my signature.  I hope if you find relatives in these parishes, we could maybe look to see if we have a match somewhere.

If you wish to do this:

1. Log in to this forum.
2. In the brown bar at the top click on "Profil"
3. On the right hand side of the screen click on "Signatur"
4. In the box, list the parishes you are focusing on.

I tried to group mine together a bit, the top line is one big family, and the parishes are relatively close.  The 2nd line is farther away and a different family.

I hope some of us can make more connections!

I'm not able to view other profiles:

When I click on anyone's name except my own, I get the message:

En fejl er opstået!
Du kan desværre ikke læse enhver profil.

Which an online translator reads as:

An error has occurred!
Unfortunately, you cannot read any profile.

I, too, sometimes wish I could read someone's profile. 

At the same time, I can read their 'signature' at the end of each entry.  I have also able to email them, but can't remember the method at this instant.

Ah, so now I understand:  The data is only visible if one has created a signature!
