Map of Denmark

Could anybody possibly know of an address that I can send to to get a map of Denmark with the parish's listed.  I am looking for Tolne Parish and the approx. place my grandfather was born and grew up. 
I have some information on the thread "I have some information about my grandfather".

Go to http://ddd.dda.dk/ddd_en.htm

Select English, then Censuses, then Map of the counties, then Hjørring (first in list at bottom)  and you will see Tolne in center of Horns Herred, upper right.

You can also find it on MapQuest.com by searching for Tolne, Denmark.

Some times when I search for a parish
I see in the AO, Church books under parishes which are all shown. The example below about Tolne.
