Are birthplaces of the groom and bride listed on attached marriage record?   Looks like "Møller" and "Wilhelmsen" listed??

It says Knuthenlund for Christen and i am Sure that Maren is in Kjeldernæs.
Both Places in Stokkemarke.

And I have been advised that the dates are vaccination dates, not birthdates as I assumed

That Right - and it should match confirmation

The Names after this date is the doctor who vaccinated  - You can sometimes use that information to find out where people are born. These books are not online yet - but ska for a lookup - and You could be lucky someone will make it.
