Help with reading Street on Police Register Page

I am trying to find Viggo Christian Olsen b 31 Aug 1873 Christenshavn, Denmark in the 1911 Census, and I am not able to figure out the street name for the date of 1 Nov 1910. 

Also, is the word Philadelphia written above the street name column?  Does this mean he left Denmark for Philadelphia, and if so where was this information obtained?

It's St. (= Store) Kongensgade.

I'm not sure about the Philadelphia remark - could be that he had been in Philadelphia?

Viggo is on opslag 218 (1870-1877) Vor Frelser church.

Could be Viggo in this census - but perhaps you already have it?

Thanks so much for the help.  Yes, I do have the 1880 and 1885 Census.

Seeing the Police Register it seems that the family did not stay in the same place for very long.  So I am hoping that I am able to find him in the 1911 Census.

People moved around very much at that time.

You will have to look under Wildersgade, as the street changed its name in 1859.

Philadelphia does not have to mean philadelphia United States, but can also mean treatment center / colony philadelpfia here in Denmark, the patients treated with for example, epilepsy.

In the census 1906 from the treatment center Filadelfia in the parish Tersløse, I couldn't find Viggo Christian Olsen.

Sorry about the confusion about Store Kongensgade. I thought it was the old Store Kongensgade, Christianshavn, but I see now that the family is at Store Kongensgade 97 in the Nyboder area.

Thank you again everyone for taking the time to help me with the information.  I "think" he did travel to Philadelphia.  I have found numerous entries on Ancestry ship manifests and will have to investigate further and find if I can figure this out.

I did find Viggo in the 1911 Census list and thanks again.

When researching his brother Otto Julius last name Olsen at that time and last name later changed to Ulfeldt I believe I translated that correctly on Oct 22 1907 to Ulfeldt b 12 Dec 1874 found on his birth Vor Fresler, 1870-1877 opslag 244 nr 172.  Viggo did not change his last name as it does not show on his birth record.  Kobenhavn Vor Fresler 1870 - 1877 opslag 218 nr 174

I found Otto arriving New York 21 Dec 1903 and visiting a cousin in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  It also stated that he had been there 13 years earlier.  I found Otto's Police Register which has America on it but something written after the fra America   il?

Otto does leave Demark to live in Buenos Aries, Argentina and later to Montevido, Uruguay where he dies, with wife Kirsten f Pedersen Olsen/Ulfeldt and child Niels in 1901.  I could find his wife and child, leaving, but could not find Otto Olsen or Otto Ulfeldt on  http://www.emiarch.dk

I found another brother Emil Valdemar Olsen name changed also to Ulfeldt b 29 Feb 1876 Vor Fresler, 1870-1877 opslag 266 nr 266 was a ship Master under the name of Emil Ulfeldt and also has documentation on Ancestry sailing to and from the US in 1918.  I have found Emil in the 1901 and the 1921 Census which lists him as a Skibsforer.

I found Emil Police Register and will someone translate the livvstilling "styrmand" which I think it spells and translates for me to "mate" is this correct?  Can you tell me the street name also.

Emil had a son Poul Olsen and name change Ulfeldt, who was b 30 Nov 1900.  1st Kobenhavn Skt Lukas 1897 - 1902  pg 210 nr 201 and translate the anmaerkninger for me.

Now I found out:

Married in xx Bxx church 20 May 1900 = married in Clas. Bol. K. = De Classenske Boligers kirke = The Classenske Houses' church - which was replaced by Godthaabs Church around 1909. You will find it on Arkivalieronline: De Classenske Boliger.

You will find the marriage on image 141 (1898-1905)!
