Help transcribing church record

This record is pretty clear, but I still can't read it.  If someone could type it in Danish (or English) that would be fantastic.

Churchbook:  Taps, Nørre Tyrstrup, Vejle  1793-1852  opslag 395 #6

Should be the burial record of Peter Rasmussen Gellert.  I can read the dates of his birth and death, but everything else is a mystery.  It looks like his father's name was Rasmus Petersen if I am reading it correctly.

I can barely make out Peter's wife's first name Marie.

a full transcription would be much appreciated.

PS- In the FT-1835 his wife's name was "Maria Catharina Matztochter".  But in the FT-1845 she is living with their oldest son, and she is listed as "Maria Schulz".  I do not know why there is a difference.  I don't know if either one would help you read their names.

Maria Catharina's father would have been Matz Schultz; the different naming corresponds the two naming traditions: patronymic after the name of the father Matz and modern after the family name (tilnavn in this entry) Schultz

Dorthe Gellert's husband Hans Petersen Hørlyk is listed as both a farm owner and a "Sandemand".  What is that word?  From what I can tell that translates into some sort of town official, but I'm not sure.

Ok now I am confused and concerned.  I am hoping someone can help.

Up above, one of Peter Rasmussen Gellert's children is Agnes Hedvig Gellert.  I have not yet searched for her data, but I know two of her brothers (Rasmus and Peter) were both born in Taps.

Is this the same Agnes Hedvig Gellert?  Her age and the fact she was born in Taps seem to indicate the likelihood.  If this is the same woman, then I am confused, because it means her brother married her daughter.   That cannot be, can it?

Agnes Hedvig Gellert's birth record from Taps, Vejle in 1810.

Looks like her father is Peter Rasmussen Gellert and Marie Katherine Schultz just as listed above in my original message.

So if I have this correctly, here is my concern:


Peter Rasmussen and Marie Katherine Schultz had 7 children, but two in particular are:

-Agnes Hedvig Gellert (b. 23 Feb 1810 in Taps)
-Peter Petersen Gellert (b.6 mar 1820 in Taps)

Agnes marries Michel Thomassen  (Mikkel Thomsen) and they have six children, but among them:
-Kirsten Michelsdatter (later changed to Kirsten Michelsen) born 24 Jun 1833 in Hjarup, Vejle


That Kirsten Michelsdatter married Peter Petersen Gellert listed above....so he married his niece?  The church would not have allowed that, would they?
