Write-up on each AMT and/or Sogn

Some time ago someone posted a link to a document that gave a write up on each of the Sogn in Denmark.

I seem to have lost that link. If anyone could provide me with the link to the document I would greatly appreciate it. I believe the document is a PDF file describing each Parish and who the Pastors were over the years.

We have determined that my wife has several generations of Danish Pastors in her line and we are trying to get information on the Sogns in which they served.
