Trying to separate two Karen Nielsdatters

I have two Karen Nielsdatters born to Niels Christensen and Johanne Christensdatter

d. 23. Januarii havde Niels Christensøn og Johanne Christensdatter i Hegelundsgrd=Hegelundsgaard en liden KAREN til Daaben. Fadderne: Niels Hegelund og Johanne Christensdatter. Christen Jenssøn. Peder Rolighed og Christen Ploumann.

Is my assumption correct that the 1st Karen died before 1714 and the 2nd was named reusing the name of the first daughter. If this is correct, I need a death date for the first, which I have been unable to locate.

Could someone check my transcriptions and verify/correct them and provide me with some assistance with the death date of the first Karen, assuming that my assumption is correct that she died before 1714 the birth year of the second Karen.

The 1st Karen may not necessarily have died before the 2nd Karen was born: they could be named after two different Karens, especially if both the paternal grandmother and the maternal grandmother were called Karen - could that be the case here?
