Needing Date associated with entry

I have the birth entry for a relative of mine and need the date associated with it. It is located at Viborg / Hids / Lemming parish / Churchbooks / Churchbook 1716 - 1761 Lemming / Page No. 44 right page about half way down

Jørgensøns Hustrue af Sejling

I need the enbolden date correctly transcribed and any other mistakes corrected.

That is Sunday after Trinity, in 1746 it was June 12.
The line above Doca is socalled 'shortening abbrieviation' which replaces 'mini'.

At https://slaegtsbibliotek.dk/920001.pdf (History og handwriting etc..) at page 80-83 you can see some very illustrative
remarks and explanations from Kroman about abbrieviations (forkortelser).
Even in Danish I think it can be of great value for you to look through the pages.
