Death Location Help

In looking for the death records for Theodor Johan Knuhtsen I found a matching entry in dodsregister.dk.

Since he was a priest, I am assuming he would have had a funeral, but I haven't been able to figure out possible churches associated with Assens-Middelfart lægekreds.

Any help would be welcome,
