Adoption?

I just want to confirm what I believe is a notation of an adoption on a christening record.
In entry #37 below, is the baptism record of Aase Færch.  It appears that later her last name was changed to Helms and a notation was added to the end of the entry.  Her mother Ragnhild (f. Nielsen) remarried on 5 Mar 1932 to Walter Helms in a civil marriage.  If I understand the added note, she was formally adopted by Walter Helms 23 Sep 1932.

I can find no information on what became of her father Ejgil Færch, whether death or divorce.

Thanks for the link to the privacy guidelines, but in this case, all of the mentioned people have been dead well over 10 years.  I have death dates for all but Ejgil and he was born in 1896.

Yes you are rigth. Aase Færch was adopted by Walter Helms, when he married her mother.
