I'm looking for clues as to the origin of Rasmus Pedersen.  He was born around 1757 and was married to Maren Nielsdatter according to census records for Tersløse, Merløse, Holbæk.
1787 census, 1801 census
In the 1801 census, his aunt, Ane Kristensdatter, is living with him.

I found a probate record for a Soren Pedersen from 1827 and a brother, Rasmus Pedersen, was named:  http://ao.salldata.dk/vis1.php?bsid=134319&side=118, http://ao.salldata.dk/vis1.php?bsid=134319&side=123
The record is abstracted at https://aurelia-clemons.dk/soro-ac.htm
CitatSoren Pedersen hmd i Klinkeboehusene, Terslose          23 Sep 1827   pg 233 241
WIFE:    Maren Jorgensdtr
½ BRO:   Rasmus Pedersen  gmd/aftmd i Terslose
         Jens Pedersen (dod)
CH:  Maren Jensdtr = Rasmus Sorensen hmd i Terslose  ( ? Marie Jensdtr )
Ane Margrethe Jensdtr  21 ugift tiene i Terslose
Mette Jensdtr    19 ugift tiene i Atterup
Lars Jensen      16 tiene i Terslose
         Niels Larsen hmd i Hallelov
Christian Larsen gmd i Kongsted ( Christen Larsen )
gd: Rasmus Sorensen hmd i Terslose
wgd: Christen Hansen inds i Klinkebroehuse
[Soro Akademi-Holbaek amt; Bk 25 1820-1830; film 52302]
The abstracted record lists all the brothers as 1/2 brothers.  Is that correct?  Or is it only Niels Larsen and Christian Larsen who are half brothers?  I'm thinking that there is a good chance that Soren Pedersen and my Rasmus Pedersen are brothers since they are only a couple of years apart in age and from Terslose.

Baptism records are missing for Terslose from 1757-1759: http://ao.salldata.dk/vis1.php?side=2&bsid=155661
I also didn't find his marriage record in Terslose:  http://ao.salldata.dk/osd_vis.php?bsid=155661&side=188

I'm looking for any help tracking down the parents of Rasmus Pedersen.  Thanks for reading.

This might be confounding.  There is another Søren Pedersen in Terslose, born around 1760 and died in 1843.  m. Elen Rasmusdatter (? #2 due to age difference)

At the baptism of the eldest son Peder in 1792
you see among the sponsors a married couple from Munkebjergby.
Here 11 April 1791 in Munkebjergby the betrothal is seen in between
Rasmus Pedersen and Maren Nielsdatter: http://ao.salldata.dk/vis1.php?bsid=148597&side=128
(They were married Dom 23 p. trin.).

And here you see the mother (or a stepmother?) of Rasmus Pedersen in 1787 with her new husband:

Mette Nielsdatter must be a stepmother of your Rasmus Pedersen.
9 Dec 1763 she is married to the widower Peder Sørensen in Karsholt.
It is stated that she was his brother Christen Sørensen's stepdaughter:

Here you have Mette Nielsdatters marriage to Lars Nielsen in 1770:

Ole,

Thank you so much for researching this and sharing your findings!

Regarding the Hovedrulle (http://ao.salldata.dk/vis1.php?bsid=17030&side=82&height=937), what is the second line of #39?  Does that really say "Peder Sørensen" or is that found elsewhere?

With the new information you uncovered, I located a probate record that appears to be relevant; https://www.familysearch.org/ark:/61903/3:1:3QSQ-G93H-79Q3-K?i=274&cc=2015318&cat=342955 is abstracted at https://aurelia-clemons.dk/trslosgx.htm:
Citat
Christen Mogensen hurber i Tiorntved        12 Apr 1777      pg 535
2 WIFE: Sidse Nielsdtr
1 WIFE:
CH:    Peder Christensen hmd i Carsholt
        Mogens Christensen gmd i Wedde
Karen Christensdtr = Lars Nielsen hmd i Stenlille
Ane Christensdtr = Christen Hansen hmd i Allinge Magle
Maren Christensdtr (dod) = afg Peter Sorensen i Carsholt (Peder Sorensen)
CH:     Rasmus Petersen  17  (Rasmus Pedersen)
                 Jens Petersen    14  (Jens Pedersen)
?gd: Peder Olsen & Christen Mogensen
[Baroniet Holberg & Hellestrupgrd gods; 1748-88; film 41374]

So this shows Peder Sorensen from Carsholt/Karsholt was married to Maren Christensdatter (deceased in 1777), the daughter of Christen Mogensen, and they had a son named Rasmus Pedersen.  She had a sister named Ane Christensdatter, the same name as the aunt who lived with our Rasmus Pedersen in the 1801 census.

It all fits!  Thank you Ole for your invaluable help.

Regarding the Hovedrulle - the correct reading:
1 line starts with the name of the father: - Peder Sørensen.
2 line starts with a number (39), then firstname of the person (Rasmus), birthplace (Karsholt), age (35), size of the person (62 inches), place where he lives in 1792 (Tersløse) and annotations ( Grdmd = gårdmand = farmer).
What you call the 2 line is the name of the father (Niels Olesen) of the next person nr. 40 (Ole).

Yes I think you have found the 1-wife of Peder Sørensen.
They probably married in Stenlille parish before 1757 (Tjørnved is a village in Stenlille).
Unfortunately the churchbooks here first starts 1761.
