Hans Nielsen burial

At the bottom of this burial register (19 Jan 1867) is a record for Hans Nielsen which was them crossed out.
Why was it likely crossed out?  Was he actually buried at a different church cemetery?
Can somebody transcribe and translate the entry, especially the note under his name?
