you're welcome. I've looked at the text again and in second line I now see this:
Moderf  [= Moder født = Mother born] 6/3 96 Ringsted.

Most places it says Faderf = Fader født = father born, but with this I found the mother born in Ringsted parish:

Looking at the last name Schanck again, I'm not fully certain that it says Schanck - I'm in doubt about the n. I've also searched for similar last names on homepage with Statistics Denmark, where you can check names of today's people in Denmark:

I came across Schaack, Scharck and Schnack, so it's probably one of those variants.

Searching for bagermester Flatov I also found a document with that name and occupation, which you can see here:

Suppose the father could be him or family to him as the last name Flatov isn't that common in Denmark.

It says that he got married with Poula in June 1921, so it's the same year Lilian was born. In the church book it's stated that Lilian's mother is unmarried, so who knows.
