I notice that Voldborg gets a 'matronymic' in stead for a patronymic - Kirstensen ! - unusual !

The matronym for Voldborg is interesting.
Her mother, Kirsten Laursdatter, is my 3rd great-grandmother. She had three other children out of wedlock. None of the other children have a matronym. Does this mean that their father's did not deny paternity? Any help is appreciated!

Ole Nielsen in 1836 - Niels Olesen as father seems to admit his paternity
Tomine Johane Laursen in 1839 - no father mentioned, so she gets her mothers surname
Lars Kristensen in 1849 - father with a ? - was his first name Kristen ?

In 1828 came a new legislation regarding names (navnelov)

- any child should at the baptism be named not alone with a first name, but also with the family name,
which it in the future shall carry -
But it took many years before people would accept this - and in many places the old habits continued for decades.

Anyway many children born out of wedlock - if not named after a putative father - were named after
their mothers fathers first name - in this case Laurs.

In Tomine's entry of birth/baptism, what does the writing say after the name of the mother, Kirsten Laursdatter? It looks like there is a name of Jensen in there? Just wondering who that would be?
