Please could you tell me her parents' names?

I'm not sure about the names though. I read the parents names section as:

"Gaardmand Claus C Jørgensen(?), søn(?), og hustru Maren E(???)st Kolle"

Gaardmand = Farm owner/Worker
søn = son
hustru = Wife

I'm still learning to read gothic letters myself and just wanted to mention the colorized version of the ministerial. I think someone else in here will be able to help you better than I.

The name of the little girl is Marie Clausen, not Carlsen.

Her father is Claus Christensen and her mother Maren Hansdatter. They live in Kolle, Nr. Nebel.

Here they are in the census for 1840

The census for 1834 shows Claus Christensen as a widower with 6 children, so Maren was his first child with his new wife, Maren Hansdatter.
