Stenumgård is a manor placed in Råsted parish - maybe Jens worked there; could probably be confirmed by the bit I can't read:

Jens Pedersen Ting didn't make it to the census in 1845, where the place of birth is listed, but instead the information can be found in his death record here:

He died 13. December 1844 and his place of birth is stated to be Stabye.
