I see now that Ole Hansen died Sept.4, 1799, and his widow gave birth to a son 7 months later, named Ole.

Lynn Christiansen

Yes---Thank you.

They had 2 children prior to Ole--

1) Hans who was born 16 Dec 1793, he is my 3rd Great Grandfather. Their betrothal occurred about 2 months prior to his birth.
And, 2) Ane Maren born 29 Jan 1796.
Ole, born 3 Mar 1800, was their 3rd child although Ole, the father, died 4 Sep 1799, several months before Ole, the son, was born.

Karen Hansdatter married Jens Poulsen on 25 Sep 1800 and together they had a daughter Zidsel born 20 May 1803.

Again Thank you for the transcription and translation
