Can someone help me interpret this record, also transcribe the 2 columns on the right?

Ekstrakt af Koldinghus Rytterdistrikt skifteprotokol, #847
https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?epid=17176783#334266,32741632

I think it was after the death of Inger Nielsdatter.  4 children are listed.  Why does it say Contract in the 3rd column?

Apparently the full skifteprotokol is not available for this time period.

Thanks,

Hi Lisa

847 is not a real probate, but a contract Aug.29,1736 after Christen Nielsen's late wife Inger Nielsdatter.
The left children are
1. Niels Christensen (sen.), 28 yo, has overtaken his fathers farm and therefore does not receive further inheritance,
          and gives to his siblings
2. Niels Christensen (jun.), 14 yo - 20 rigsdaler
3. Maren Christensdatter ,  29 yo - 20    -do-      their father CN is their guardian (formynder)
4. Johanne      -do-         ,  18 yo - 20    -do-

NC sen. gives these money to his brother when he reaches adult age (25), and to his sisters when they get married
or might become really necessitous.
The last column is about how secuer the inheritance is:
The 1st and 3rd heir has nothing to demand, but the inheritance of no 2 and is with their oldest brother NC sen. and
he provides a guarantee.

Thank you Ole for the reply.  I have some questions, though.

Is Christen Nielsen still alive in Aug 1736?
The 2 daughters are single in Aug 1736?
The contract is for the eldest son Niels Christensen to pay his siblings some day in the future?

The full probate might be on AO but I can't get the images to load now.  What is missing is the index to probates 1726-1743.

Thanks for your help as always.

As you can see here https://www.sa.dk/find/#q=koldinghus%20rytterdistrikt%20skifteprotokol
The actual probate protocol 1695-1737 exists, but not online (look at Indhold), and several more from that period (not online).
Also protocols 1736 to 1743 with indexes (Register) - not online.

To all your questions: Yes !

Thanks again Ole for answering my questions.  These extracts have been very useful.

I found some Koldinghus Rytter Distrikt skifteprotokoller on familysearch, so I will look at that when I have time later today.
