Needing help trying straighten out a 3rd great granduncle's family arrangement

Here is my quandary:

I have a 3rd Great GrandUncle: Mathias Weis

Events in his life:
Born: 18 Mar 1801 in Aarhus Domsogn, Hasle, Aarhus

This is where the problem arises.

From the Aarhus Censuses for 1834, 1840, 1845, I find him married to an Ane Johanne Holmstrup, or variations of her name.
In the 1850 Census for Aarhus, he is living in the Aarhus Fattigstiftelse as a "Divorced" individual.

I have located his death on 14 May 1850 in Aarhus Vor Frue, Hasle, Aarhus.

I have not been able to locate a death for Johanne Marie Elisabeth Jørgensen, assuming she died about 1833, before a 2nd marriage.
I have not located a Marriage entry for Mathias Weis with Anne Johanne Elisabeth Holmstrøm, which produced a son Jørgen Peder Weis on 2 Nov 1833 in Aarhus Domsogn area.
Anne Johanne Elisabeth Holmstrøm was born 4 Aug 1794 in Aarhus Domsogn and married a Mathias Peter Jørgensen on 6 Nov 1821 and he died 13 Aug 1828 in Aarhus Domsogn, leaving her a widow.

Question: I believe Johanne Marie Elisabeth Jørgensen and Anne Johanne Elisabeth Holmstrøm are one and the same person.

Through various documents I have found that Johanne Marie Elisabeth Jørgensen was born ABOUT 1794 and I have documented that Anne Johanne Elisabeth Holmstrø was born 4 Aug 1794:

Anne Johanne Elisabeth Holmstrøm married a Mathias Peter Jørgensen and he died within 7 years (by 1828), hence the Jørgensen surname.

Are my thoughts correct OR am I off base and there are 2 different wives?

Are there divorced documents available? If so, where does one look for them?

There is a reference to Slagter Weis's kone Johanne Elisabeth ... also at the bottom of that same page i.e. #2:: What is the significance of two entries?

Does one pertain to Slagter Mathias Weis's probate and the other to his wife Johanne's probate ? They died 10 months apart. She before him.

#2 near the bottom is a continuation of the probate above, and it shortly states that the expenses by her funeral were
much higher that the value of her estate, so that was given to her landlord, who had payed her funeral.

The probates of Mathias and his wife Johanne are in 2 different protocols from the same period.
