Some of the names are hard to read, but I'll give it a try.

Jochim Christesen Reus, formerly small farmer now retired
of Bodum, married to Mette née Jeppes, and formerly married to
Kjestine née Christens. Leaves children from the first marriage: 1) E?
Christian [written on top of another name?] at sea, 2) Merret, dead, from her a son Jes K?
3) Christen, dead, from him a son Anders and a daughter Kjestine
Maria. Children from the second marriage: 1) ??, 2) Kjestine Marie
3) Jep, 4) Jacob. Age 82 years.
