Need help finding the web link for a marriage

Hello,

I have a marriage between Olav Damkjær Rasmussen Vind and Ellen Jensen 20 Nov 1925 in Viborg, Viborg, Denmark.  I am not sure if the marriage record provides a clue as to the place where I might find the actual link for this document.  I have searched through all of the parish records that have "Viborg" in their name and have not found this marriage on Danish Archives or Danish Family Search.

Well, what you have is the date they got permission (attest) to marry. The actual marriage was in Vraa, Hjørring Sogn - I found that in the second to last column stating where they wanted to have the marriage. They wanted the wedding announced (lysning) in Viborg Søndre Sogn - but to be married in Vraa.
