Are there records of Danes leaving Denmark for Norway?

I am researching an ancestor who left Denmark and was employed by the Norwegian-America Line in Kristiania, Norway in 1921 as a 3rd Class Maid aboard the ocean liner Bergensfjord.  On her 3rd voyage to the U.S. she stayed here.

Were records kept of individuals leaving Denmark or was travel to Norway just a normal occurrence that was not kept track off?
