Anders Nicolaisen's Death in 1839, Holtug, Stevns, Præstø

Anders Nicolaisen died on 26 Dec 1839 in Holtug, Stevns, Præstø per https://www.danishfamilysearch.com/churchbook/sogn976/churchlisting140922/opslag15590386 (1839 #5).  Could someone translate the comments in the far right column?

Would most men in this time period have had a Gejstlig skifteprotokol?  I believe I found the records for the location of his death, but have not found an entry for him.  This page is about the right time period:  http://ao.salldata.dk/vis1.php?bsid=132479&side=239.  I also don't see him listed in this register:  http://ao.salldata.dk/vis1.php?bsid=132483&side=1.  Would someone mind looking through a few of these pages to see if there is an entry for him?  Thank you.

Holtug is most likely to find in the protocols of Gjorslev estate, and Dorph was the steward there around 1840. Anders Nicolaisen is in this register:

Thanks so much Inge and Ole.  So, he died on the Gjorslev estate but was buried in Holtug?  Was Gjorslev in the Store Heddinge parish back then?  Inge, that was very generous of you to find those additional entries for me.  Is there anything else in them that is genealogically significant or interesting?  What is the meaning of CAS between Christen Andersen's name?

The estates owned the land, and the farmers were copyholders. Only a minor part of the population were copyholders, others were farmhands or small-holders or day-laborers. That was the case all over the country. I have tried to google some history for you in English without success.

Anders Nicolaisen did not live on the estate, but in the village called Holtug. Here he is with his wife, their son, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter in the 1834 census:

He was not a farmer, but a day-laborer in a house, not on a farm.

CAS shows us that he could not write his name, so he used his initials: Christian AnderSen
(Andersen meaning the son of Anders).

The probate shows that Christian was the only heir. They may have had other children, but if so, they have died before the parents.
