Random pages on DDD

So, I stumbled upon this page:  http://ddd.dda.dk/nygaard/visning_billed.asp?id=284642&sort=e.  Apart from the fact that the sorting capability here is very useful, I must admit that I can't figure out what the document is or how to discern it.  It's not a census record, since it's in an off-year (right?).  Is it a modern notation, perhaps from a parish record, of the marriage between Jens and Gertrud?

Any insight would be helpful.  Thanks in advance.

I should qualify my request by stating that I now know that this is part of the Nygaards notes project.  Still having trouble figuring out what kind of record the note is drawn from.  Thanks.
