Dear people

I am looking for information about Lars Johan Möller, born c. 1780 in Copenhagen.

He was a policeman [politiebetjent] in Reykjavík from 1. july 1815 to 22. mars 1837, when he was fired for drinking to much and unfit to do his job. Got 100rd pension from the king 1837.

He was married to Christine Elisabeth Möller, born c. 1769 in Sweden.
She was a professional midwife (Jordemoder)

I read his profession as "koritorvogt". Maybe in modern language "korridor" = hall guard.
