I need probate for Jens Pedersen 1877.

Jens Pedersen  died feb 26, 1877 Vejle : 26. feb 1877 i Vejle parish. He was a widower and a laborer, 76 years old:

If some one can please search for him in the probates in Jutland as I'm still trying to find Ane Margrethe information still.  Her mothers Maren Antonsdatter death in 1853 might be interesting also: here is her death protocol: https://www.sa.dk/ao-soegesider/da/billedviser?bsid=141405#141405,34623790.
Any help greatly appreciated as it might give me a clue to if Ane was still alive when her dad died. And how many children was dead and alive. Thanks in advance.

At Maren's burial it's mentioned that she leaves behind two minor sons and six underage children.

Yes I had that but I'm trying to search for her after that was hoping her father Jens Probate gave me a clue but because the online doesn't go past 1861 or 1863 and Jens died in 1877 and no sign of Ane Margarethe after her mother's death that I've been able to find. Is why I was asking for some one to check the Viborg probates at the archives hence why I emailed them directly to search for the 1877 records of Jens. But thanks for answering.
